- Collect and Analyze Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members to identify potential nursing diagnoses and develop effective care plans.
- Implement and Evaluate Care Plans: Implement nursing interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and hospital policies, and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Meet Patient Care Needs: Use clinical judgment to establish priorities and meet the patient care needs of an assigned unit or floor, including establishing priorities and making decisions that promote patient safety and well-being.
- Current LPN License: Possess a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license for the state in which you practice.
- Health Certificate: Hold a current Health Certificate, as required by facility contract or state regulation.
- PPD or Chest X-Ray: Have a current PPD or Chest X-Ray, as required by facility contract or state regulation.
- BLS Card: Possess a current BLS card.
- Experience: One year of prior LPN experience is preferred.
