About the Position

Travel Nurse Source is working with Fusion Medical Staffing to find a qualified Home Health RN for a 13-week assignment in a Home Health Agency setting.

Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Completes nursing assessment of patients and documents appropriately into patient record.
  • Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other health team members.
  • Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members.
  • Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes.
  • Administers medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
Requirements
  • One year's experience as a RN, at least 6 months recent Home Health experience required.
  • Current RN License.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Must have valid auto insurance.
