About the Role:
In this challenging yet rewarding position, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary teams to assess, treat, and stabilize patients in emergency settings. Your strong communication and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate complex situations, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver compassionate care that exceeds patient expectations.
We are seeking a dedicated professional with at least two years of recent ER experience who can embody our commitment to delivering world-class healthcare services. Responsibilities:
- Provide rapid assessment and treatment to patients with emergent medical conditions
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to stabilize patients and ensure optimal outcomes
- Monitor patient vital signs, response to treatment, and changes in condition, adjusting care plans as necessary to address emergent needs
- Advocate for patients' needs and coordinate care transitions, including admissions to inpatient units or referrals to specialty services
- Educate patients and their families on post-emergency care instructions, follow-up appointments, and community resources for ongoing support
Requirements:
- Current RN license
- BLS (Other Certifications as required by facility)
- Two years of recent ER RN experience
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
