- Schedule and Coordinate Repairs: Contact vendors and contractors to schedule necessary repairs and maintenance, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain Maintenance Records: Keep accurate records of maintenance performed, including dates, times, and details of work completed.
- Ensure Safety and Security: Identify and report potential safety hazards, and take necessary actions to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment.
- Perform Other Duties as Assigned: Assist with special projects and tasks as required by management.
The Maintenance Worker will be required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and crawl frequently, and lift and move items weighing over 50 pounds. The successful candidate must be able to perform these tasks safely and efficiently.
Requirements:- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
- Work-Related Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or repair role is preferred.
- Ability to Lift Over 50 Pounds: The successful candidate must be able to lift and move items weighing over 50 pounds safely and efficiently.
