We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team at Lowes Foods in Pinehurst, NC. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing cakes and pastries that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Guest Interactions: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and interacting with guests in a friendly and polite manner.
  2. Product Preparation: Prepare cakes and pastries for sale by decorating, pricing, packaging, and labeling them.
  3. Inventory Management: Maintain product levels, quality, and freshness by rotating stock, checking expiration dates, and cleaning work areas.
  4. Sanitation and Safety: Ensure a clean and safe work environment by following sanitation standards and protocols.
  5. Communication: Communicate guest requests and temperature breakdowns to management and maintain open communication with colleagues.
Requirements
  1. Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and able to work well with others.
  2. Physical Demands: Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally, and stand for extended periods.
  3. Communication Skills: Effective communication, guest service, and selling skills.
  4. Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
