SalaryOur dedicated truck drivers can earn up to $1,600 weekly, with a guaranteed minimum pay. This translates to an annual salary of $83,200, making us one of the top-paying carriers in the industry. In addition, our drivers can earn up to .90 CPM, providing a lucrative compensation package.
Job DescriptionAs a dedicated truck driver with Marten Transport, you will be responsible for hauling freight for a single customer. This means you will enjoy consistent miles, steady home time, and the opportunity to build a long-term relationship with your customer. Our dedicated truck drivers also enjoy a variety of benefits, including:

To be successful as a dedicated truck driver with Marten Transport, you will need to have:
- Current CDL-A - A valid CDL-A license is required to operate our trucks.
- 22 Years of Age or Older - You must be at least 22 years old to apply for this position.
- 6 Months Recent Qualified CDL-A Experience - We require at least 6 months of recent qualified CDL-A driving experience to apply for this position.
