We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kindergarten Manager to join our team at SilverLinx. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our kindergarten program and ensuring the highest standards of education and care for our children.

• Lead and manage the kindergarten program, ensuring alignment with our organization's mission and values.
• Develop and implement educational programs that promote the cognitive, social, and emotional development of our children.
• Supervise and support a team of educators, providing guidance and coaching to ensure the highest quality of care and education.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of our kindergarten program with other services.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.

• State-recognized educator qualification or equivalent recognition as a pedagogical specialist.
• Additional qualifications as a specialist or degree in a related field (e.g. social pedagogy).
• Previous professional experience as a deputy daycare center manager or in a leadership position in the pedagogical field.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel, and knowledge of software (e.g. LucaNet, d.vinci, Haufe Zeugnismanager, Famly).
• Tolerance and openness to the world, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
