Job Title: Server - Franchise

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at Denny's. As a Server, you will be the guest's connection to the diner, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

* Greet and seat guests, applying suggestive selling techniques to enhance the dining experience
* Record orders, ensure prompt placement, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
* Prepare desserts and beverages for guests, clearing remaining items from tables and cleaning and resetting tables
* Collect payment from guests in accordance with established cash handling procedures and adhere to guest check control policy
* Perform cleaning and stocking side work duties as assigned, and periodically assist other service personnel

Requirements:

* Ability to stand and walk throughout a 4-8 hour shift
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
* Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an asset
