Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Charge Registered Nurse to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Charge Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day direction and supervision to assigned direct patient care staff, promoting positive public relations with patients, their family members, guests, physicians, and coworkers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct assigned direct patient care staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Provide education and training to staff on hemodialysis procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing is required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred; three year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Dialysis experience preferred.
