Role Summary:

As a Therapist I - Music and Recreation, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of patients through therapeutic interventions. Your efforts will focus on facilitating community reintegration and improving overall patient functioning.

Compensation:

The hiring range for this position is $52,028.00, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement quality treatment strategies to promote therapeutic change.
  • Assist patients in preparing for reintegration into the community.
  • Enhance patient functioning across various domains.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Music Therapy or Recreation Therapy from an accredited institution. Current professional certification or the ability to obtain certification within six months is required. Experience in a clinical environment, particularly with older adults or individuals facing mental health challenges, is essential.
