Position Overview:
We are looking for a Permanent Paralegal who is passionate about justice and possesses a keen eye for detail. This role is ideal for an individual with a solid background in case management, litigation support, document review, and family law. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Paralegal, your duties will include:
  • Supporting attorneys in trial preparation, including legal research and fact investigation.
  • Efficiently managing and organizing case files and documentation to ensure accessibility.
  • Providing litigation assistance, such as drafting legal documents and managing discovery requests.
  • Conducting thorough document reviews to facilitate the identification and production of legal materials.
  • Coordinating the delivery of subpoenaed documents and other legal communications.
  • Assisting with family law cases by drafting necessary documents and conducting relevant research.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of firm policies and procedures.
  • Staying informed on legal regulations and industry trends to offer accurate advice to clients.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, particularly in case management and litigation support.
  • A Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and legal professionals.
  • A high level of professional ethics and integrity.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
