About the Role

Cleveland Clinic Rehabilitation Hospital, a joint venture with Select Medical, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - New Graduate to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for new graduates to gain valuable experience and develop their skills in a supportive and structured environment.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with physicians and preceptors to implement assessment plans, evaluate, and follow up on patient care plans.
  • Conduct ongoing systematic assessments of patients' physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs.
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans, including problem identification, nursing diagnoses, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short-term and long-term goals, and discharge planning.
  • Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in patient medical records.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited program for registered nursing.
  • Valid State RN License required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
  • Flexibility to complete program requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN or enrollment in BSN program.
  • Clinical experience.
