Position Overview:
Chipton-Ross is seeking an Assembler-C for a contract opportunity. This role requires 100% onsite presence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Interpret and comprehend technical work instructions, schematics, and specifications.
2. Apply sealants to surfaces according to specifications.
3. Install various aircraft system components, including panel installations.
4. Operate different types of mechanical lifts (e.g., ladders, tiger lifts, snorkel lifts).

Required Qualifications:
- Familiarity with common tools.
- Completion of the New Hire Training Cycle Flow to secure and maintain necessary certifications.
- Proficient in using a computer in a production setting.
- Adhere to appropriate protective clothing and equipment as dictated by tasks.
- Experience with various tools such as rivet guns, screwdrivers, and power tools.
- Knowledge of chemical solvents, sealants, coatings, and special finishes.
- Conduct quality inspections of work and check for Foreign Object Debris (FOD).
- Utilize high-impact vibratory tools (bucking/riveting).
- Capable of climbing, crawling, and balancing on various surfaces.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience following detailed work instructions and interpreting blueprints in English.

Additional Requirements:
- Experience in aviation or technical school is required.
- Training duration of 9-10 weeks.
- Ability to work around energized sources and exposure to constant noise.
- Proficient in finger manipulation and reading from screens or printed documents.
- Commitment to high standards of safety and compliance with regulations.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and use a respirator.
- Capable of lifting and carrying weights of 10-35 pounds.
- Flexibility in working shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) and handling high hazard chemicals.

Education:
- High School diploma or GED is required, along with typically 4 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Schedule:
- Full-Time
- 9/80 work schedule
- Flexibility to work all shifts is essential.
