Astor Services for Children & Families is seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program as a PHP Clinician. This is a rewarding opportunity that provides a team environment, supportive training in evidence-based models, and a chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adolescents and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide group, individual, and family therapy to youth ages 11-18 years in a short-term, immersive experience.
- Connect with the adolescent's support network, including school and outpatient providers, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate discharge planning to ensure seamless transitions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in mental health, social work, or a related field.
- Experience working with adolescents and their families, preferably in a PHP or similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of evidence-based models, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Astor Services for Children & Families offers a competitive benefits package, including:
- 4 weeks paid vacation annually.
- 13 paid holidays, 4 personal days.
- 1 sick day per month, accruable to 150 days.
- Fully paid individual LTD and life insurance.
- Eligibility for participation in agency medical and dental plan, both individual and family, with small employee contribution.
The salary for this position is $24.48-$31.32/hr, depending on experience and qualifications.
