You will be part of our team as a Patient Access Coordinator, working closely with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Register patients and obtain accurate demographic information.
  • Screen customer data to ensure patient eligibility for insurance.
  • Communicate with customers regarding insurance requirements.
  • Assist with identifying self-pay patients and referring them to financial assistance.
  • Maintain open communication with departments and clinical staff.
  • Support new employee shadowing/precepting.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
