  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and assist them in finding the right products for their projects.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the products we offer, including mosaics, tile, tools, and vinyl flooring. Stay updated on product features and benefits to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Sales Support: Assist in driving sales by providing recommendations, answering questions, and offering product demonstrations as needed to any customer or client.
  • Showroom Maintenance: Ensure that the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing. This includes regularly cleaning restrooms, breakroom, arranging displays, restocking samples, and ensuring that all promotional materials are current.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure that customer needs are met promptly and that the showroom runs smoothly.
  • Inventory and Samples: Assist with product inventory checks, counts, restocking, and ensuring that all product samples are tagged, available, and well-presented.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations and store operational guidelines.
