Bather Assistant

At Biscuits & Bath Companies, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Bather to join our team. As a Bather, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our canine clients.

• Bathe, brush, and dry dogs in a safe and timely manner.
• Check and express anal glands as needed.
• Trim nails, clean ears, and remove eye crust.
• Follow all special instructions and ensure accurate reporting to the Groomer and client.
• Maintain a clean and well-supplied grooming room, with all equipment in working order.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years bathing experience.
• Knowledge of Biscuits & Bath and a genuine interest in canine well-being.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Physical fitness to lift dogs over 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
