Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized customer service by actively listening to customers, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate a cash register, handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing information, and complete inventory management tasks as directed by store management.
- Support opening and closing store activities, including setting up and maintaining the sales floor, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist pharmacy personnel as needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy to support patient care and customer service.
- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support our purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
- At least 16 years of age
- Physical ability to remain upright for sustained periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job
- Visual acuity to perform tasks such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspection
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
