Job Summary:

The Certified Surgical Technologist will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and assisting the surgical team during procedures. Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain the operating room, including setting up equipment and sterilizing instruments
  • Assist the surgical team during procedures, including passing instruments and maintaining a safe and organized environment
  • Communicate effectively with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless execution of procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management and supply ordering
Requirements:
  • Certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
  • Experience working in a surgical setting, preferably as a Certified Surgical Technologist
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
