Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at La Posada de Santa Fe. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working in a beautiful environment with a continuum of care offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and document medications and treatments
  • Monitor compliance with physician orders
  • Assess residents for possible need of medication and/or treatment interventions
  • Inform LPN Supervisor of any significant change in residents' condition
  • Order and store medication
  • Maintain clean and neat medication cart and room
  • Monitor and record supply use as directed
  • Observe the resident's functioning and report as appropriate
  • Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with others
  • Communicate well with residents and co-workers
Requirements:
  • Graduated from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current LPN license by the Arizona State Board of Nursing
  • Fingerprint Card
  • Current First Aide and Heart Saver certification
