Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Indiana.
  • Board certification in Neurology or related specialty.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a neurology setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
