Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HVAC Superintendent in the planning, coordination, and oversight of HVAC projects from inception to completion.
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and timelines alongside the HVAC Superintendent.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during HVAC installations and repairs.
  • Track project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints.
  • Uphold safety protocols and procedures at all times.
  • Help troubleshoot HVAC systems and address any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain precise project documentation, including records of work performed and materials utilized.
  • Provide regular updates to the HVAC Superintendent and project stakeholders regarding project status.
  • Assist in assessing the performance of HVAC technicians and subcontractors.
  • Stay informed about advancements in HVAC technology and industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
  • Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and components.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • U.S. citizenship to secure and maintain access to military installations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory position.
  • EPA Universal Certification.
