About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Technician to join our team at Thorne Research Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and adjust work assignments to meet production schedules.
  • Assist Production Operators with run procedures, including end line clearance, beginning line clearance, cleans, removal of machine parts, and reassembly of machine(s) or line equipment.
  • Operate machinery related to all production needs after proper training and certification.
  • Adhere to internal safety policies, including the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Complete cleaning tasks in a timely manner and maintain a neat and efficient work area.
  • Take initiative to ensure production areas and the warehouse meet Thorne Research's standard of cleanliness.
  • Operate cleaning machinery (high pressure washer, foamer, and floor machine, etc.) after proper training as required by area and assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; prior manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to move or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds from floor to table and from table to floor, often repetitively, during an 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shift.
  • Ability to work a 4x10 schedule with overtime anticipated.
