About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fuel Station Associate at Walmart. As a key member of our retail fuel station team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fueling facilities and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and helping them find the products they need.
  • Ensure the fueling area is clean, safe, and well-stocked with a variety of products.
  • Operate fuel pumps and manage fuel inventory to meet customer demand.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to make recommendations to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
