Job Description

As a Fitness Instructor at MVW, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories. You will instruct group fitness classes to various abilities, plan and instruct fitness classes following clubTHRIVE standards and guidelines, teach safe and enjoyable exercise classes using proper techniques, and provide personalized small group classes and one-on-one personal training.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To become a successful Fitness Instructor, you should be able to work varied shifts, holidays, and weekend days, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Additionally, you should be able to lift/carry/push/pull items weighing up to 25lbs without assistance. Group Fitness Instructor certification may be required upon hire.
