Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare a variety of hot and cold menu items following recipes and customer requests.
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Follow sanitation regulations and safety standards to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Ensure high food quality and presentation.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and management to ensure seamless service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
  • Minimum age of 18 years old.
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques and equipment.
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lb.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to reach hands and arms in all directions.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
