  • Therapy Program Development: Design and implement therapy programs to support students' IEP goals and overall success.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with educators and support staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of therapy services.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track student progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Staff and Family Support: Provide guidance to staff and families on strategies for continued skill development at home and in the classroom.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Licensure: Valid Massachusetts OT license or eligibility
  • Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience: Prior school experience is a plus, but not mandatory
