Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a dedicated and skilled Acute Care Registered Nurse to join our team as a Travel RN for a 13-week assignment on the Med Surg First Floor unit. About the Role

This position involves working as a staff nurse on the Med Surg First Floor unit, providing direct patient care to patients with various medical and surgical conditions. As an Acute Care RN, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.

Key Requirements
  • GA or Multi-state Compact License: A valid nursing license from the state of Georgia or a compact state is required. If you have a multi-state compact license, you can practice in multiple states without needing additional licenses.
  • 2 Years of Experience: A minimum of two years of experience as a registered nurse is preferred. Your clinical expertise and knowledge will enable you to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the team's success.
  • Nursing Education: An Associate's Degree in Nursing or a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required. Alternatively, if you've recently graduated from an accredited/approved school of nursing, you may be considered if you meet the requisition clinical hours requirement.
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications are mandatory for this role. Direct patient care experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing are highly valued but not essential.
