As a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant with Interim HealthCare of New Hampshire, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their strength and manage their pain in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking an experienced PTA to join our team based out of Oxford, ME.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid PTA License in the State of Maine and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in home healthcare. Our Home Health Physical Therapists enjoy flexible assignments, autonomy, and work-life balance, as well as excellent benefits including:

Our therapists are part of a collaborative home health team that includes RNs, LPNs, CNAs, HHAs, OTs, and SLPs. As a Home Health PTA, your responsibilities will include providing personalized physical therapy to patients who have lost mobility, strength, and functionality due to illness or injury. You will work closely with patients and their families to educate them on their plan of care, established goals, exercises, and self-care.
