  • Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development in young children.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our faith-based values and principles.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure a smooth transition between home and school.

Requirements:

  • At least a two-year degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with completion of the following courses: Human Growth and Development, Lifespan Development, etc.
  • 1 to 3 years of early childcare experience preferred.
  • Must be comfortable caring for children that are 2.5 to 3.5 years of age.
  • Completed Early Childhood Education level 3 or willing to obtain post-hire.
  • Completed Infant Toddler level two certification or willing to obtain post-hire.
