About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare fresh baked items daily according to recipes and production needs
  • Operate baking equipment, follow recipes/make-up instructions, and ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • Maintain a clean and neat work area, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate: $16.00-$23.00
  • Premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (up to $3.00 per hour)
