Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Design: Collaborate with the Senior Director to create dynamic and effective visual and creative elements across all brand touchpoints, including marketing collateral, campaigns, digital platforms, and product design.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in branding elements and messaging across various channels and departments, maintaining brand integrity and recognition.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, communications, and other teams to ensure brand initiatives are integrated and support overall business objectives.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant design tools for creating and editing visual content.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree or associate degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in responsible marketing work.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel as required.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
  • Exposure to weather.
  • Standing, walking, sitting, and driving.
  • Operating computer and office equipment.
