We're seeking a Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team who can lead by example, work directly with line and prep cooks, and ensure seamless operations in our bustling kitchen. As a key member of our back-of-house (BOH) team, you'll be responsible for managing inventory, scheduling, ordering, hiring, and training employees, as well as maintaining high standards of safety, sanitation, and food handling practices.

About You:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a line cook
  • Previous management/leadership experience
  • Solid understanding of cooking fundamentals and knife skills
  • Availability to work early mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
  • Organized, quick-thinking, and adept at multitasking
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
