Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in supporting children and individuals with developmental needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing behavioral support and guidance to students in a K-12 setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral support and guidance to students in a K-12 setting
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
  • Conduct observations and assessments to identify areas of need and develop strategies for improvement
  • Implement and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Active RBT Certification
  • Prior experience working with special education students
  • Mild/moderate/severe experience highly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
