Job Title: Wire Harness Engineer

Powerserve Technologies, Inc. is seeking a skilled Wire Harness Engineer to join our team in Jupiter, FL. This is a full-time position offering a salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year.

About the Position:
This role involves designing and building custom control panel harnesses, requiring strong knowledge of electrical systems and drawings. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be willing to learn and improve their skills, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Main Tasks:
* Design and build custom control panel harnesses
* Read and understand electrical drawings
* Install electrical circuit wires and terminate conductors to components
* Work in electric panel shop
* Production of custom relay control cabinets and panels
* Includes cutting, installation/assembly of panel components, cable raceway, protection and auxiliary devices, wiring, etc.
* Occasionally perform circuit termination in utility substations or other heavy industrial sites.

Requirements:
* Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
* Strong knowledge in reading and understanding electrical drawings
* Willingness to learn and improve knowledge and skills
* Ability to learn from constructive correction
* High school or equivalent education
* Capability to lift/move material and assemblies up to 70 pounds repeatedly
* Capability to climb ladders.
