Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineering Leader to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading the development of structural designs for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and codes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of structural systems for various projects, including buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.
  • Prepare and present technical reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Location:

This position is based in Leeds, AL, with opportunities for remote work. Travel may be required for site visits and meetings.
