Job Title: Broadband Specialist

Mediacom Communications Corporation is seeking a skilled Broadband Specialist to join our team. As a Broadband Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our cable television and broadband services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain cable television and broadband services in customer homes
  • Drive company vehicles and use equipment such as ladders and bucket trucks
  • Work with customers to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and infrastructure
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to work in high or tight spaces and at various heights
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • General knowledge of mechanical and consumer devices
