We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Production Maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, optimizing maintenance execution, and managing outside contractors. Key Responsibilities- Lead the Production Maintenance team to ensure efficient and productive maintenance execution.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to reduce costs and improve reliability.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including maintenance procedures, work instructions, and records.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, with a strong background in electrical, mechanical, or control systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMPs), ISO, and quality system regulations.
