Job Description

Overview

The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in driving revenue growth and improving profitability by implementing cost reduction strategies and optimizing manufacturing processes.

This position requires a strong understanding of manufacturing engineering principles and a proven track record of project management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives to improve factory efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with production operators to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Champion the use of automation and new technologies to improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials.

Requirements:

  • 4-year Engineering Degree required.
  • 2-5 years of product development experience.
  • Experience with project management and prioritization.
  • Solids modeling experience a plus.
  • Manufacturing engineering experience a plus.
