Pharmacy Director

• Partner with consumers and clinic partners to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care services and benefits.
• Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including dispensing prescription medication and providing one-on-one support to consumers.
• Coach, develop, and manage pharmacy staff to ensure they're meeting their potential and delivering exceptional service.
• Proactively identify opportunities to drive growth in the pharmacy and develop strategies to achieve financial profitability.
• Build solid relationships with the community, stakeholders, and clinic partners to ensure we're meeting all needs and promoting the pharmacy business.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Current pharmacist license in the state of Virginia.
• Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire.
• 2+ years of experience practicing as a pharmacist in Virginia or another jurisdiction in the United States.

• 5+ years of pharmacy leadership experience.
