Job Opportunity: Respite Caregiver

About the Role:

Child & Family Focus, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and reliable Respite Caregiver to provide temporary childcare for families raising a child with a mental health diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hourly relief for parents, allowing them to take a break and recharge.
  • Provide care to children in their own homes, creating a safe and fun environment.
  • Implement the 5 core values of Trauma-Informed Care in all work practices: Safety, Trustworthiness, Choice, Collaboration, & Empowerment.

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Compassionate and reliable individual with a passion for working with young people.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Competitive, fee-for-service compensation.
  • After-hours on-call support.
  • Yearly bonuses contingent upon performance, productivity, and family feedback.
