Join Our Team

We are looking for a highly motivated Healthcare Enrollment Navigator to help us navigate the complex healthcare system and ensure that patients/clients receive the necessary medical assistance they require.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Navigate the complex healthcare system to determine medical assistance eligibility for patients/clients
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve complex problems related to eligibility determinations
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients/clients and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years related experience required

Salary: $23.85-$32.26 per hour, including comprehensive benefits package including up to 27 paid days off per year, immediate retirement plan employer contribution up to 9.5%, and generous medical plans.
