Mental Health Clinical Supervisor Position

Twin Lakes Counseling is a leading provider of mental health services in Federal Way, Washington. We are seeking a fully licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to fill the role of Clinical Supervisor.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly experienced therapist with at least two years of clinical experience as an independently-licensed clinician. The successful candidate will have experience supervising clinicians' development, providing family and couples therapy, and working with diverse client populations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively within our team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise up to 6 masters-level interns or up to 12 associate clinicians, ensuring high-quality clinical care and adhering to relevant university and licensure guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records, sign off on notes, and respond promptly to clinician crises, all while promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance clinical skills and address emerging trends in mental health practice.
- Foster positive working relationships with our psychiatric nurse practitioner, administrative team, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of care and efficient operations.
- A fully licensed or license-eligible Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Washington.
- No less than two years of clinical experience as an independently-licensed clinician, with a proven track record of success in delivering high-quality patient care.
- Eligibility for credentialing by all insurance providers accepted by Twin Lakes Counseling.
- A minimum commitment of 12 months to the practice, allowing sufficient time for credentialing and supervisee recruitment.
- A competitive salary range of $61,340-$121,680 per annum, commensurate with experience.

- Registration with CAQH and prior paneling with some insurance companies is beneficial.
