About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Hotel Cleaner to join our team at Best Western Plus Spokane North. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, mopping, restocking toiletries, and other tasks.
  • Keep common spaces clean and stocked.
  • Ensure guest rooms meet hotel standards.
  • Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track rooms cleaned and document lost and found items.

Requirements:
  • Over 1 year of housekeeping experience desired.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong work ethic with good organization, time management, and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products.
