  • Assist in the transportation of dishes and utensils to various functions as needed.
  • Promptly clean kettles, tilt skillets, pots, and pans to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Operate and maintain all kitchen equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
  • Utilize basic mathematical skills for inventory and portion control.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a dish room or similar environment is advantageous.
  • A valid food service worker card from Maricopa County is required.
