Core Responsibilities:

Assist in monitoring risks, updating schedules, and maintaining budget integrity alongside the Project Manager/Director. Collaborate with project team members to refresh the risk matrix and ensure accurate budget and risk distribution.

Implement methodologies and tools in line with H&M Project Management standards. Execute project/program plans as required.

Ensure team objectives align with high-performance benchmarks and organizational strategy. Lead by example, cultivate trust, maintain accountability, and communicate effectively.

Essential Skills:

  • Knowledge of construction and utility industry standards.
  • Proficiency in Critical Path Scheduling software and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in the hospitality or industrial sectors is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines.

Minimum Experience:

0-3 years of relevant professional experience.
