Automotive Client Liaison

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Steve Padgett's Honda of Lake Murray. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless communication between our customers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the service process.
• Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring accurate repair needs are communicated and met.
• Promote recommended services and upsell opportunities in a low-pressure, high-integrity manner.
• Provide detailed estimates and explanations of repair costs, adhering to dealership policies and standards.
• Maintain open lines of communication with customers, keeping them informed of progress and notified when their vehicle is ready for pickup.
• Review and explain repairs with customers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
• Support the Service Manager in maintaining high customer satisfaction scores and resolving any issues that may arise.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
