Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure precise tracking and documentation of professional fee charges.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of patient accounts, including the correct application of ICD-10-CM codes, CPT codes, and relevant modifiers.
- Stay informed about insurance regulations as dictated by various insurance carriers.

Qualifications:
- In-depth understanding of CPT and ICD coding standards, along with the ability to utilize both manuals and supplementary resources effectively.

Licenses/Certificates:
- AAPC Certified Medical Biller is required; Medicare Part B Billing Certificate is preferred.
