Key Responsibilities- Respond to emergency situations and assess damage to properties
- Develop and implement plans to restore properties to their original condition
- Oversee the removal of debris and damaged materials
- Conduct water extraction and mitigation services
- Perform fire and smoke cleaning and restoration services
- Conduct microbial remediation services
- Provide vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean-up services
- Supervise and manage labor personnel in the field
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Be available to work on-call 24 hours a day
- Have 1 year of experience in the restoration industry or maintenance

CompensationBluSky offers a competitive base pay of $15 - $25 per hour, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes a matching 401(k) plan, health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, disability, equipment, and corporate apparel allowance.
