Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our team in Manassas, VA. As a Licensed Psychologist at Thriveworks, you will have the opportunity to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions to our clients. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, with a focus on autonomy and professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical services to clients, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
  • Contribute to the growth and success of Thriveworks through active participation in team meetings and initiatives
Requirements
  • Must be fully and independently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Virginia
  • Must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing
  • Must be able to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and support staff
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations
